Australian Skilled Migration Visa

Visa for qualified Australian migration

The qualifying transfer application process in Australia takes place in three stages.

1. First, you need to be on the Skills Shortage List

Australia needs people like you, capable people. The Australian government has created a list of different types of occupations and skills. To compete in the category of skilled migrants, your skills must be on this list. We want to facilitate this process for you. Call us today or complete the free evaluation to see if you qualify for a special type of visa.

2. Second, you need to have enough points in the Points Assessment

The points are calculated according to the following criteria: age, work experience, job or job and your command of English. You can get other points if you live with close relatives in Australia or if you have already studied or worked in Australia. You can also get points if you are sponsoring a state in which people must have their skills.

3. We will then lodge an application for your Skills Assessment

Assessment skills are based on your postsecondary background and work experience. Each position on the qualification list is evaluated by the relevant evaluation bodies. When you get a positive result from your practice assessment, we move on to the next level.

After we have determined that you do qualify for immigration we need to log your Expression of Interest (EOI)

As part of the Australian Qualified Migration Program, you must log in to a Declaration of Interest (EOI). It puts you in a pool where you can apply for a visa. The deadline for accepting your declaration of interest can be between 4 and 18 months. Do not worry, we will update the whole process.
